As with traditional Ru ware, Luna Gleam’s glaze will gradually develop fine crackle lines over time, most noticeably on the inside. These subtle patterns, known as ice crackles, are a cherished hallmark of traditional Ru ware — a living trace of the firing process that grows more beautiful with use. Each cup’s pattern is unique, revealing its own quiet story through tea, coffee, and time.
