Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If any delays are expected, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Times

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your region. Remote or regional areas may require additional time.

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD within Australia, or during selected promotions.

Packaging 

We take great care in packaging our ceramic pieces to ensure they arrive safely. Items are securely boxed and padded using recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tsandcs.com.au with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding our shipping zones in the future.
