Refund policy

It matters to us that you love every piece you receive from Ts & Cs.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and safely repacked in its original packaging.

To begin a return or exchange:
Please email us at support@tsandcs.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items?
If your item arrives broken or not as expected, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at our cost, or a refund, as quickly as possible.

A few notes:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or used pieces.
